Shipping & Delivery
Where we deliver
All orders are shipped from our facility in Duiven, the Netherlands. We deliver throughout Europe and to selected countries worldwide, directly through our webshop.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on the size and weight of your order:
- Small accessories (ropes, straps, small hardware) are shipped as a parcel.
- Canvases, poles and complete sets are shipped on a pallet by freight carrier.
The exact shipping cost for your order is calculated automatically at checkout, before you pay. You can also check it in advance: add the products to your cart and use the shipping estimator with your address.
Delivery time
Products that are in stock are dispatched within 1 business day after payment. Delivery typically takes:
- Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg: 2–3 business days
- Rest of Europe: 3–6 business days
- Outside Europe: 4–8 business days, depending on customs clearance
Custom-made stretch tents are produced to order. Production takes 4–6 weeks, depending on size and specifications. We confirm the expected delivery date when your order is placed.
You will receive tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Pickup
Prefer to collect your order yourself? You are welcome to pick it up at our facility in Duiven, the Netherlands. Contact us at info@bt-stretchtents.com to arrange a pickup time.
Receiving your order
Please check your shipment upon arrival. If the packaging shows visible transport damage, note this on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing. Report any transport damage or defects to us within 14 days of delivery, so we can resolve it quickly. See our return policy for details.
