That depends on the layout. A 10.5 x 7.5 m stretch tent (78.75 m²) holds 60 to 90 guests standing, 35 to 52 guests at dinner tables and 57 to 95 guests in theatre rows. The smallest rectangular set, 7.5 x 5 m, takes 20 to 35 standing guests; the largest, 21 x 15 m, up to 330. The full overview per size and layout is on the size and capacity page.

Rectangular stretch tents in nine sizes from 7.5 x 5 m to 21 x 15 m, the compact Cocktail tents of 4 x 4 and 5 x 5 m, and the octagonal Octo tents of 6 and 8 m. Each size is available as a complete set with Douglas or Robinia poles, or as canvas only. Custom sizes are produced to order.

The canvas is the stretch fabric only, for replacing or adding a canvas to an existing set. A complete set contains everything needed to put the tent up: the canvas, all side and centre poles with pole cap, tension straps with ratchets, steel ground pegs, galvanised carabiners and a tent bag. The contents of each set are listed on its product page.

All stated dimensions are approximate. Because of the stretch and shrinkage of the fabric and normal production variations, final dimensions may differ by up to 2 %.

A four-layer stretch fabric of 800 g/m² with a smooth finish: waterproof, windproof and UV-stable, with high elasticity. The same fabric is used in every BT Stretchtents tent; a 1 x 1 m sample is available for colour and material evaluation.

Our stretch tents are tested up to 9 Beaufort (strong gale) with proper installation. Correct anchoring and tensioning are essential: use the tension straps with ratchets and the steel ground pegs from the set, and add storm straps for long-term installations. The tents comply with EN 13782, the European standard for temporary demountable structures.

Yes. The fabric meets the M2 and B1 flame-retardant classifications. The sidewalls are M2 / B1 certified as well.

Seven colours: Chino, Black, Taupe, White Opaque, Red, Grey and White. Every complete set and canvas can be ordered in each colour.

Douglas poles are sawn wood, sanded and treated, with a diameter of 75 mm, galvanised steel eyelets and durability class 3. A 2 to 3.5 m side pole weighs 21 to 24 kg. Robinia poles are naturally grown hardwood, peeled and sanded, 70 to 90 mm in diameter with a natural taper, durability class 1 and a natural look; each pole differs slightly in thickness. A Robinia side pole weighs 28 to 44 kg. Both types need minimal maintenance: cleaning and optional natural oiling.

With tension straps with ratchets (35 mm, working load limit 1.5 t, EN 12195-2) and steel ground pegs of 1000 mm length and 30 or 35 mm diameter. The pegs are designed as the main anchoring on natural ground such as parks, gardens, fields and coastal sites; check the soil conditions before installing. For long-term installations we recommend the storm strap set (50 mm belt, 35 m, load capacity 2.5 t). For hard surfaces such as paving, contact us for a suitable anchoring solution.

Yes. The sidewalls fit all our stretch tent models and are available in widths of 2, 2.5 and 3 m, plus a 1 m wide door panel. They are made of PVC-coated polyester (waterproof, UV-stable, M2 / B1) with integrated galvanised steel upper and lower bars and roll-up sections. See the sidewalls page with the installation video.

Clean the fabric with a mild pH-neutral soap and let it dry completely before storing it in the tent bag. Wooden poles need only cleaning and, if desired, natural oiling. See care and storage.
