BT Stretchtents is part of Buitink Technology, a Dutch company that has been producing innovative products made from technical textiles, sailcloth and foil since 1949.

Over 75 years of innovation and expertise

For more than 75 years, we have been designing and manufacturing products made from sailcloth, foil and advanced technical textiles, ranging from large permanent canopies for train stations to ETFE roof structures for botanical gardens. Over the past 15 years, we have also specialised in the development and manufacturing of stretchtents, which have been successfully sold and rented under various brand names across Europe. Building on this experience and expertise, we launched our own brand, BT Stretchtents, with the ambition to expand into new markets.

We manufacture stretchtents in our own production facilities in the Netherlands and Romania, producing both standard models and custom designs. Coordination and distribution are managed from the Netherlands, allowing for short communication lines and reliable, efficient delivery.

What sets us apart is our straightforward, flexible approach. We do not impose contractual obligations or restrict how our products or branding are used. Instead, we focus on what we do best: manufacturing high-quality stretchtents, while giving our partners full freedom to market them under their own brand.

PRODUCTION YOU CAN TRUST

Every stretchtent we produce is designed, tested, and manufactured within our own facilities in Europe. In Duiven (The Netherlands), our development and engineering team focuses on custom projects, continuous product improvement, and innovation. In Brașov (Romania), we produce standard series stretchtents to ensure reliable availability and efficient delivery.
In Făgăraș, our metal workshop fabricates structural components—from pole holders to fittings—ensuring each part meets our quality standards and matches perfectly within the system. Our fabrics and materials are sourced from certified European suppliers and are thoroughly tested before production starts.
The stretch fabric we use is waterproof, UV-resistant, and flame-retardant, meeting European safety standards such as M2 and B1. Each batch is tested in-house for strength, elasticity, and coating quality to ensure consistent performance for intensive use and long-term projects.
