Sidewalls for stretchtents
Modular protection against wind and rain, without losing the open character of the stretchtent.
The BT Stretchtents sidewall system consists of wooden uprights, a galvanized steel upper bar and lower bar and a modular sidewall panel made of stretch fabric. The sidewalls are 2.5 meters high and available with or without a panoramic window, in six colors and in widths of 2, 2.5 and 3 meters. A 1 meter wide panel is also available, which customers use as a door.

Good to know
The side poles of the stretchtent where the sidewalls are fitted must be 2 meters, so that the sidewall clamps firmly into the tent fabric. Thanks to the modular system, sidewalls can easily be extended or shortened and can also be fitted in a corner. The wall is easy to open: starting at the lower bar it rolls up and is secured at the top of the upright.

How to fit the sidewalls
Positioning the uprights
Start by positioning the wooden uprights along the edge of the stretchtent. Important: the side poles of the stretchtent where the sidewalls are fitted must be 2 meters, so that the sidewall clamps firmly into the tent fabric. Make sure the poles are the right distance apart, depending on the width of the wall panel, and secure them loosely with the rope so you can still move them slightly.
Fitting the zippers
First fit the two separate zipper sections into the profiles on the left and right of the upright. Slide the zipper up into the profile until it is in position.
Fitting the upper bar
Next, fit the upper bar between the uprights.
Unrolling the fabric and zipping it to the upright
Unroll the fabric. Zip the sides to the upright all the way down.
Fitting the lower bar
Tension the fabric and place the lower bar between the uprights. This provides stability and keeps the fabric under firm tension. Now fit the lower bar to both uprights.
Extending the system
Thanks to the modular system, sidewalls can easily be extended or shortened. It can also be fitted in a corner. After the basic section, extensions are added with one extra upright.
The roll-up system
The sidewall is easy to open: starting at the lower bar, the wall can be rolled up and secured at the top of the upright. The sidewalls offer protection against wind and rain while the open and welcoming character is preserved.
